Job Responsibilities:
- To identify new business opportunities, generating leads, contribute in business process
enhancement and achieving/assisting in the day‐to‐day operations of the group and tasks given by the superior; - Participating in creative process‐responsible for high level creative thinking, produce innovative ideas on re‐packing / re‐branding our products
- Work closely to improve products, add value and solve problems;
- Grow new sales, customers and projects/business developments;
- Work with the product team to stay up‐to‐date on new and upcoming products, and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients/growers;
- Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiation and pricing
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and referrals
- To undertake other special assignments, ad‐hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and
overcome challenges. - Self‐motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, growers and attend events as required.
