[BeST 2.0] Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To identify new business opportunities, generating leads, contribute in business process
    enhancement and achieving/assisting in the day‐to‐day operations of the group and tasks given by the superior;
  • Participating in creative process‐responsible for high level creative thinking, produce innovative ideas on re‐packing / re‐branding our products
  • Work closely to improve products, add value and solve problems;
  • Grow new sales, customers and projects/business developments;
  • Work with the product team to stay up‐to‐date on new and upcoming products, and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients/growers;
  • Negotiate and close deals, including contract negotiation and pricing
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase customer retention and referrals
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad‐hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and
    overcome challenges.
  • Self‐motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients, growers and attend events as required.
