Position Summary
A Senior Chemist leads and conducts advanced research and development activities in the field of chemistry. This role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products or processes. The Senior Chemist is responsible for ensuring high-quality results and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Job Description
• Lead cosmetic formulation projects from concept to launch.
• Develop innovative formulas for skincare, haircare, bodycare, pets care etc products.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve product efficacy and performance.
• Test raw materials and finished products for quality, stability, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and QA/QC.
• Evaluate and optimize existing formulations for cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in cosmetic science.
• Participate in regulatory submissions and compliance activities.
• Mentor and train junior chemists and lab technicians.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and lab reports.
• ERP system update.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
• Proven experience as a chemist in the cosmetic industry, with expertise in formulation.
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, GMP, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques & equipment
