Job Descriptions:

1. Audit Management:

• Conduct and manage internal and external audits for HACCP, Halal, GMP, and other industry standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure that all audit documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Technical Sales Support:

• Offer technical expertise and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and address customer inquiries.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for sales staff.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to products and provide solutions.

3. Product Quality Control:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular inspections and testing of products to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

4. Research and Development (R&D):

• Support R&D activities by providing insights on product performance and quality.
• Participate in the development of new products and improvement of existing products.
• Analyze data and feedback to guide product development and innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and feedback to guide product development and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, delivering presentations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and innovative mindset for contributing to research and development activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
