Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the designated area to achieve sales targets.
- Implement sales plans, including territory management, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and key customers within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication and client-centric solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the area.
- Gather insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Monitor individual sales performance and track progress toward sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to assess personal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company goals.
Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma or higher in any field
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is necessary
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel (both locally and outstation) and possession of personal transportation are essential
