Job Overview:
Salesperson is responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with customers who can integrate bird’s nest products into their offerings. This role involves understanding the unique requirements of the food and health industry clients and providing tailored bird’s nest solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the food and health industries who can integrate bird’s nest products. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients who use bird’s nest products. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations focused on bird’s nest products. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the bird’s nest product segment. Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demands.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all bird’s nest products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with quality assurance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the food and health industries.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of OEM sales processes and market dynamics related to bird’s nest products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food and health manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
