Job Overview:
The Senior Online Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic online sales and marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves creating a strong brand name in the market, leveraging digital marketing tools, managing e-commerce platforms, and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development and Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to establish and grow the company’s online presence.
• Conduct market research to identify brand positioning, target audience, and competitive landscape.
• Create compelling brand stories and messaging that resonate with target customers.
• Monitor brand perception and make adjustments to branding strategies as needed.
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies.
• Manage the creation and distribution of digital content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
E-Commerce and Online Sales
• Oversee the company’s e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
• Implement strategies to increase online sales, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and partnership programs.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online sales and digital marketing, with a focus on brand development.
3. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful online marketing campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
7. Language: MUST be able to write, type, speak & read in MANDARIN
