Kencana Food and Spices is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable R&D Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in agriculture, possess extensive knowledge of bioprocessing, GMP, HACCP, and Halal certification, and be keenly aware of healthy food trends and current food technology. This role is critical as we aim to bring our high-quality products to international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development on new and existing products, focusing on agricultural ingredients.
- Ensure all processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Halal certification standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in healthy food and food technology to innovate and improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Support the international expansion of our products by ensuring adherence to global standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in agriculture and healthy food trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
