Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Production Manager in production related
• Involve in Production area/work process
• Ensure production process in compliance with Food Safety Management System
• Ensure the cleanliness of the factory premises
• Handling lab work (depending on work rotation and capability as evaluated by supervisor)
• Assist in process, production and packaging process when required
• Any other tasks that are necessary in achieving company purpose, mission and vision
• Ensure the safety, hygiene and production operation is compiled with GMP, HACCP, HALAL and MeSTI system
• Follow the company Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in order to maintain the ISO quality management system
• Responsible as HALAL committee members and serve as a HALAL Coordinator for the company by maintaining and keeping records to

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in Nutrition/ Biochemistry/ Food Technology/ Food Candidate with Food Tech/ Food Science will be an advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem-solving skills
• Candidates must have mental toughness, be a team player, and be a self-starter.
