We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Farm Assistant to support our farm operations in Beluran, Sabah. The Farm Assistant will play a crucial role in overseeing daily farm activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Scope:

• Oversee and supervise farm operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the farm and support various company services.
• Manage farm activities, including monitoring crops, livestock, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with farm policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Beluran, Sabah.
• Holds a diploma in a related field.
• Possesses a valid driving license.
• Demonstrates strong skills in farm management.
• Exhibits a positive attitude, good discipline, and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in farm management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
