Job Descriptions:

• Perform aseptic tissue culture procedure including initiation of new plant varieties,
  production planning, media preparation, sterilization, and facility logistics.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize all technical purposes within the operation.
• Support internal research and development efforts.
• Media preparation and training of media personnel – mixing necessary ingredients for
  media preparation.
• Assist in the development of standard operation procedure (SOP) for tissue culture.
• Track and organize preventive maintenance, calibration, and any troubleshooting of
  equipment.
• Manage plant hardening and green house operation to ensure healthy plant stock is
  delivered to customers.
• Communicates effectively both written and orally and demonstrate a sense of
  timeliness.
• Carry out the tasks directed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in plant science/biology/molecular biology/biotechnology or any
  related fields.
• Experience working in tissue culture technique or green house will be an asset.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, safety protocol and compliance.
• Excellent communication and team-work skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
