Job Description:

• Ensures production scheduling in most efficient manner.
• Ensures that the process is running at optimum operating conditions to achieve maximum output and minimum rejection.
• Plans or assigns of workers to different production lines to ensure optimal production output.
• Monitors every process involved in the production.
• Supervises and monitors the work of line leader/assistant line leaders and production operators.
• Ensures availability of resources such as manpower, machine and tools.
• Ensures all non-conformance products are detected, revoked and rejected promptly.
• Responsible to adhere to relevant ISO standard procedures.
• To identify the problems and issues regarding quality of the products and to make recommendation to the superior or management.
• Ensures the quality of finished products is according to the requirements requested by customers by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement.
• To carry out other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Qualification:

• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of working experience candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Able to start working immediately.
