JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents related to seed sales.
- Communicate with customers can compiling and filing records for the seed sales related documents.
- Monitor & control procurement, human resources, etc.
- Communication with vendor(s) for the necessary documents.
- Ensure all record and filing system is well maintained.
- To be responsible for receiving and issuing stock items and ensure integrity of stock inventory – Stock Items management.
- Prepare and monitoring monthly expenses claims.
- Monitor and plan for maintenance of SPU complex
- Prepare payrolls for workers.
- Lead and provide guidance and support to the administrative staffs on the routine activities.
- Ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015 requirement.
- Ensure compliance to OSHA for the safety and health of working environment.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer Literate
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in SAP estate management system or any estate management system
- Analytical skills and attention to details.
