JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare documents related to seed sales.
  2. Communicate with customers can compiling and filing records for the seed sales related documents.
  3. Monitor & control procurement, human resources, etc.
  4. Communication with vendor(s) for the necessary documents.
  5. Ensure all record and filing system is well maintained.
  6. To be responsible for receiving and issuing stock items and ensure integrity of stock inventory – Stock Items management.
  7. Prepare and monitoring monthly expenses claims.
  8. Monitor and plan for maintenance of SPU complex
  9. Prepare payrolls for workers.
  10. Lead and provide guidance and support to the administrative staffs on the routine activities.
  11. Ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015 requirement.
  12. Ensure compliance to OSHA for the safety and health of working environment.

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Computer Literate
  4. Required Skills: Microsoft Office
  5. Knowledge in SAP estate management system or any estate management system
  6. Analytical skills and attention to details.
