Assistant Manufacturing / Process Engineer is responsible in ensuring that all equipment is working efficiently, monitoring production processes, and making adjustments or troubleshoot as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

a. Assist with the design, development, and evaluation of processes and products as well as project cost estimates.
b. Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs.
c. Calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as required.
d. Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.
e. Providing assistance to different staff or engineering teams.
f. Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.
g. To ensure that all safety measures are observed at all time.
h. To ensure the production operator follow work schedule.
i. To ensure 5’S and good housekeeping in work area at all time.
j. Any other job assigned by the superior.
