Job Description

• Manage the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting and task tracking.
• Manage and plan urban farms’ operations, from germination to harvesting, packing and sales
• Maintain all farm system and adhere to SOPs
• Able to grow and monitor plants on hydroponics and aquaponics system well.

• Able to work independently with clear objective and deliver result in timely manner
