Job Descriptions:

• System design and development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement IT systems and solutions that meet the organisation’s needs; Customise and configure software and hardware components to create integrated solutions.
• Network management: Plan, set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewallsm and wireless access points; Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise network efficiency and security.
• Hardware and software management: Manage and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripherals; Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and patches.
• Security and data protection: Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, systems, and networks from threats and vulnerabilities; Perform regular security audits and updates to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• System Administation: Administer and maintain servers, databases, and cloud platforms; Monitor system performance, perform backups, and resolve technical issues.
• Technical support: Provide technical support to end-users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems; Create documentation and training materials for users.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Diploma in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any related field.
