Job Descriptions:
- Arranges marketing and promotion activities.
- Supervises the development of marketing programmes, advertising, event support, and online promotions.
- Ensures proper collection, storage, and analysis of sales and marketing data.
- Creates marketing plans, campaigns, and overseeing their implementation.
- Increases brand awareness and leads through marketing campaigns.
- Oversees day-to-day sales, monitors and forcasts.
- Owns ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Manages and coaches the sales team, providing motivation and inspiration.
- Cultivates and deepens client relationships and partnerships that add values.
- Develops and executes Go-to-Market strategy.
- Makes recommendations based on competitive research.
- Continually assesses marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
- Plans and organises marketing efforts to help grow the business and brand.
- Supervises the marketing team’s collaboration with project efforts.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administration, Management, Economics, Business Studies, or any related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
