Job Descriptions:

• Assures the product quality through day-to-day operations.
• Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Calibrates and maintaining microbiology laboratory equipment.
• Compiles and analysing data for documentation and preparing related reports.
• Revises and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
• Evaluates raw materials, supplies, and finished products for microbial quality.
• Understands, monitors, and prevents microbial contaminants.
• Follows daily protocols to control environmental factors and maintain sterility.
• Writes quality records, such as non-conformances, and devises corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Performs housekeeping of laboratories.
• Liaises with external testing laboratories for correct and timely testing.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Food Technology, or any related field.
• Able to teamwork with others.
• Initiative and willing to learn.
• Value honesty.
