Job Descriptions:
- Involves conducting research and development activities to assess and improve product quality, performing microbiological testing, and analysing data to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Conducts research to develop and improve products, processes, and technologies.
- Assists in research and development (R&D) activities by performing laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under the supervision of laboratory manager.
- Conducts R&D activities to assess the stability and shelf life of products by monitoring and analysing microbiological aspects over time.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Food Technology, or any related field.
- Able to teamwork with others.
- Initiative and willing to learn.
- Value honesty.
- Can work in quality assurance roles such as Quality Control Microbiologist.
