Job description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Communication Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication initiatives to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for marketing and branding.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and print materials.
3. Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the industry.
6. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure press coverage, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase our products/services and engage with customers.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
11. Perform any other job-related tasks or projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and stories for different audiences and channels. Able to speak and write in third language is an advantage (Mandarin etc.).
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
