Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business through identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset to achieve target sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
4. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase our products and value proposition.
8. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
9. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in business development.
10. Perform any other job-related tasks or projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Able to speak third language is an advantage (Mandarin etc)
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
8. Experienced in CSR activities and sport enthusiast is an advantage.
