The Production Executive is responsible for the overall production activities in accordance with their quality specifications and strict adherence to GMP rules within the required time and established production costs.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist manager in supervising, managing and executing production operations.
• Ensure manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), organization objectives and policies.
• Monitor and control critical processing steps and product quality.
• Perform troubleshooting and investigation on production lapses, incidents and problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operation.
• Generate, develop and revise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), report and checklist when necessary.
• To carry out validation of processes and qualification of equipment.
• Achieves optimum employee levels with appropriate amount of overhead and material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
• Formulates and recommends manufacturing plan and programs that guide the production in maintaining andimproving its productivity and efficiency.
• Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Ensures compliance with current applicable regulatory and cGMP requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Job Requirements

• A professional Degree in Science/Pharmacy or any related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Production environment is a plus.
• Required skill(s): Communication skills (both verbal & written), Problem-solving skill with positive attitude
• Able to work with people from different levels with sound leadership capabilities.
• Self-discipline to enforce established procedures.
• Strong ability to multi-task, able to deliver results with accuracy and efficiency
