Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or equivalent

Work Experience:

1 year of relevant experience or fresh graduates
*Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Identify and compile list of potential research subjects.
• Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment, and competitive trends.
• Identify potential grant and funding scheme, especially for R&D / product development projects.
• Assist in development of new products and enhancement of existing products.
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies.
• Ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
• Maintain accurate and complete product related information.
• Resolve non-conformance to quality specifications and initiate prompt collective actions with necessary documentations.
• Participate in project, seminar, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and other events as necessary.
• Planning & overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with new & existing clients.
• Product presentation & demonstration to prospects.
• Communicate clients’ feedback effectively.
• Generate reports and analysis to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendation for strategic changes.
• Implement ESG & SDGs guidelines internally and externally.
• Perform wide spectrum scope of work, such as what you have stated in the resume, as and when required.
