JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1. Gather, review, curate, recode, standardize and verify plantation data.
2. Work with project owners and users to develop digital data collection applications, digital approval workflow application and digital production dashboard / visualizations for oil palm plantation use cases.
3. Develop Microsoft Power applications on web-based and mobile platform for oil palm plantation use cases.
4. Deploy, maintain and support developed applications.
5. Uncover other areas of plantation operations for digitalization opportunities.
6. Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
7. Collaborate with team on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Requirements

1. BSc. or MSc. or Professional Certification in Plantation, Computer Science, Information Technology or any Science degree.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
3. Able to develop workflow applications for plantation usage.
4. Experience in databases and networks.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, resourceful and has strong analytical skills.
6. Experience in collaborative software development and thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
7. Good communication and written in English.
