Responsibilities

-In charge of QA, R&D and lab
-In charge of GMP and HALAL certification
-Ensure equipment calibration up to date with DOSH.
-Assist the product formulations and R&D
-To ensure production process comply with GMP
-Ensure product information and technical aspects up to date –product specification, COA, lab report
-Responsible for the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished products produced.
-Ensure the safety, hygiene and production operation is compiled with GMP and HALAL system.
-Assign to control the documents by maintaining and updating the records.
-Ensure the cleanliness of production room, factory surroundings and laboratory.
-Follow the company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in order to maintain the quality management system.
-Responsible as HALAL committee members and serve as a HALAL Coordinator for the company by maintaining and keeping records to track the HALAL status of all raw Materials and ingredients registered.
-Carry out the finished product inspection before release.
-Responsible to arrange and conduct relevant training
-Documentation and research for product development
-Assist in process, production and packaging process when required
-Any other tasks assigned by HOD or upper management from time to time.
