We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be working on acquiring new B2B & B2C sales leads for Sunway XFarms. You will be partnering with an experienced startup-minded team and working directly with the sales & operations team of Sunway XFarms. The best of both worlds – you will be part of a successful conglomerate entity, while enjoying the perks and adrenaline of being in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of business strategies and identification of potential customers
• Take charge of participating in any suitable booth activities/events to promote Sunway XFarms products
• Responsible for leading growth and developing strategic plan in areas such as business development, sales, partnerships & customer retention
• Manage relationships with clients by providing professional and excellent customer service
• Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting, performance tracking etc
• Stay abreast of upcoming related events/news, and attend important related industry and networking events
• Any ad-hoc activities as and when assigned
We are looking for candidates who have:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong adaptability to evolving market conditions
• Background in CRM, sales and business development would be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates/Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Mass Communications, Economics or similar subjects (not compulsory but passion for sales and business development is what is needed)
• Possess a car and willing to travel around
