Job Description

• Assist the software development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. Support the implementation of new features and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and documentation. Assist in maintaining and updating existing software.
• Support the team in analysing and troubleshooting technical issues. Contribute to finding solutions to overcome development challenges.
• Help in creating and maintaining technical documentation related to software development processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge in product management principles. Assist in the planning and execution of product development strategies, including defining product features, prioritising tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer needs and business goals.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies. Contribute ideas for software process enhancements.
• Work closely with team members across functions to ensure smooth project progress and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant IT programmes/courses.
• Open for Fresh Graduates, but preferably, have at least 1 year working experience.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language, and familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Keen attention to detail in coding and debugging processes.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks. Ability to quickly absorb and implement feedback from senior developers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting code, reporting bugs, and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work culture.
• Capability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
