The Chief Operations Officer’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensuring proper management of resources, distribution of products and supply chain.
• Ensuring proper warehouse management including the hygiene, security and safety in the warehouse.
• Establishment and implementation of service and quality standards and to always ensure the compliance to the standards.
• Developing organisational capabilities and improvement of systems and resources for project development and logistics.
• Developing sourcing and delivery strategies
• Ensuring continuous operational performance improvement by managing changes to strategy, structure and resources
• Responsible for supplier selection, acquisition, contracting, and management
• Responsible for product and projects regulatory compliance to standards, norms and practices in the industry
• Testing to productization and scaling up.
