The Chief Executive Officer’s duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Manage day-to-day activities of the Company;

2. Continually seek improvement on the process flow for day-to-day activities;

3. Ensure Company’s compliance to applicable standards adopted by the Company (e.g., B Corp);

4. Develop high quality business strategies and plans and ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives;

5. Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team;

6. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired re-sults and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;

7. Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits;

8. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the compa-ny’s legality and business ethics;

9. Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements;

10. Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders;

11. Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth;

12. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

13. Monitor that the Company’s social and environmental KPIs (as may be set by the Company or Board from time to time) are met.

14. Provide accurate, up-to-date and unbiased information to Board of Directors.
