Job Responsibilities:

I. To assist in HOD in :
a) Supervising Halal initiatives Programme, BNP activities, Product Development Programme,
Recognition Programme, Social Enterprise Initiatives and other related training & workshops.
b) Provision of support to agro/bio-based companies via training, testing, consultation, facilitation,
helping to source out their R&D and commercialization needs through network of laboratories &
experts
c) Forging & strengthening partnerships and strategic alliances with academia, industry players and
other agencies and supervise social impact programme with communities.
II. Assist HOD to identify, formulate & execute new initiatives/programs that contribute towards income
generation.
III. Supervise subordinates in planning, executing, monitoring & reporting of various programs planned,
monitor &review documents management system & ISO processes, and responsible for learning &
development growth for subordinates within the unit.

Job Requirement:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
* Minimum of 6 years of working experience as Manager
* Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia & English, both verbal & written
* Posses of good understanding of entrepreneurship landscape, grants & funding ecosystem, and program
ideation / development
* Skilled in business development, project development and stakeholder management, negotiation and
marketing
* Proven achievement in prior employment
* Willing to work at Putrajaya (Full-time position)
