Job Description
-Manage data entry and update accounting record on daily basis.
-To maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
-Provide administrative support to accountants.
-Assist in daily operation task such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail, basic bookkeeping and other adhoc task assigned by superior
Requirements
-Min SPM/ Diploma OR Degree in any disciplines or equivalent.
-General computer with excel and word knowledge.
-Positive and engaging attitude.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Ability to manage priorities, ready to multi-task and ability to work independently without continuous direction or supervision.
