Job scope

·         Responsible for the factory set-up, operation of production, quality, warehouse management, planning, shipping and engineering.

·         Manage, develop and oversee all daily plant processes to provide for efficient, effective and optimized operations.

·         Oversee and ensuring day-to-day operation and practices comply with guidelines and government regulations.

·         Manage manpower and ensuring they work safely and effectively.

·         To ensure proper maintenance of factory building, facilities, tools and equipment, security and management.

·         Result orientated, creative, innovative and possess leadership qualities.

·         Supervising and overseeing all the departments under pro.

 

Job Requirements

·         At least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Farming/ Agriculture field/ Industrial Engineering) with experience in the fertilizer industry is an added advantage.

·         Having experience in Fertilizer plant is a plus.

·         Good command in Chinese is preferred.

·         Preferred experience in bulk fertilizer material processes.

·         Skills required, planning, detailed oriented, follow-up, interpersonal skills, self-driven, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

·         Must be willing to work in Sitiawan.
