Jobs Responsibilities

• Responsible all warehouse & inventory operation activities.
• Plan & schedule procurement and delivery in accordance to order requirement.
• To be responsible for the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing inventory, issuance and documentation updates.
• To be responsible for the proper materials storage and distribution.
• To ensure that storage areas arrangement and maintenance are carefully planned and initiated to meet space management needs.
• To prepare and submit regular reports on storage areas utilization inventory, stock movements and general matters.
• Monitoring subordinates performance & provide training if necessary.
• To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word.
