Job Description:

• Responsible for the daily production activity at Food & Beverages factory with MeSTi and Halal certified.
• Responsible for production planning for output, manpower and materials.
• Responsible for enforcing and ensuring complete compliance to hygiene practices in production areas.
• Responsible to supervise and development of production.
• Responsible for monitoring processing and packaging activities in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
• Monitor the maintenance and schedule work for all machines in the production area.
• Compile and document production issues, prepare production reports and improvement plans for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work at Tanjung Sepat, Selangor.
• Candidate with Food Tech/ Food Science will be an advantage.
• Experiences in Halal / F&B Manufacturing / Production Operations will be an advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem-solving skills
• Candidates must have mental toughness, be a team player, and be a self-starter.
• Ability to work independently, initiatives and diligently.
