Job Description

• Supervising production team to achieve company goals on Capacity, Productivity, Quality, Yield and Cost.
• Set-up new equipment and optimize existing equipment. Included maintaining and repairing production equipment.
• Leading new product development & production.
• Technical knowledge exchange with equipment supplier at oversea, prefer can communicate in Mandarin
• Train operators and prepare production documentation like SOP
• Liaise with internal and external customers requirement
• Task assigned by superior

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in mechatronic, mechanical, electronic, food tech, BioProcessing or others.
• Prefer minimum 1 year working experience in food related industry
• Self discipline & Self motivation.
• Able to work shift.
