JOB TITLE: FARM OPERATION ADMIN

JOB NATURE

·         Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Customer Service, Sales Fulfilment: 85%

·         Accounting: 10%

·         Farm Operation: 5% (Optional, if interested)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Marketing: Familiar with Facebook marketing, SEO (optional), able to do simple creative work, including PPT and video editing; Copywriting, blogging, design, photography and videography skills preferred

·         Business Development: Outspoken and ability to convince and sell

·         Sales and Customer Service: Good interpersonal skills, ability to handle customer complaints

·         Sales Fulfilment: Possess Class D driving license, familiar with MS Excel

·         Accounting: Understanding of basic accounting principle and tax rules for farm business

·         Farm Operation: Able to work under sun

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

·         Create awareness of and develop the brand you’re marketing

·         Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships

·         Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

·         Facebook marketing

·         Maintenance and updates of corporate website (WordPress and WooCommerce)

·         Source advertising opportunities and place to advertise

·         Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns

·         Run social media channels (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) to enhance audience engagement

·         Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials

·         Maintain and update customer databases

·         Conduct market research

 

Business Development:

·         Identify new point-of-sales (online and offline)

·         Negotiable to close deals

 

Sales and Customer Service

·         Attend to all sales enquiries and orders

·         Provide status update to customers on outstanding pre-orders

·         Assist in automation of sales capturing, recording of receipts to accounting records

 

Sales Fulfilment

·         Optimisation of delivery order and route

·         Coordination of logistic with customers

·         Delivery of fruits

 

Accounting

·         Data entry

·         Handle full set of accounts

·         Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

·         Prepare tax computation

 

Farm Operation (Optional)

·         Fruit harvesting

·         Fruit sorting and packaging

·         Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

·         How to run a SME business under direct guidance of 2 Directors

·         How to manage the sales from ordering to fulfilment

·         How to run the marketing from analysis of customers demographic and behaviour to targeting them for ads

·         How to manage account for a SME business under direct guidance of 2 ex-accountants cum auditors

 

WORK DETAILS

·         Full Time

·         8 hours a day job (OT allowance provided for overtime work)

·         Shift job (5 days a week, with rest day to be planned and arranged weekly)

·         Work location: Work From Home, Home Office at Setapak area, Farm (Delivery provided)

·         Possess own transport preferred
