Job Description 1. Conduct experiments by designing and performing them to gain information and test scientific procedures 2. Implement research projects designed by supervisor and carrying out research according to pre-outlined task 3. Formulate and test various scientific hypotheses 4. Evaluate and analyze data from the experiment conducted 5. Perform assigned lab duties and chemical tests 6. Write detailed report of research or experiment conducted, and deliver them in written and verbal form 7. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the lab and lab storage at all times.

Requirement – At lease Degree in Food Science/Nutrition/Food Chemistry or any relevant

Experience in bioprocessing, fermentation and extraction of bioactive ingredients and/or  operating bioreactor is preferable
