You will work closely with our rapidly growing team to provide hands-on support for our Plant Science R&D experiments and assist in managing day-to-day R&D tasks.

·         You will assist in numerous phases of R&D activities, such as: researching, planning and implementing new protocols or products. As an R&D Manager, you will work with the Agriculture and Design R&D team to enhance crop health, quality, yield and production efficiency.

·         Tasks include data collection, documentation, data analysis and over-seeing R&D equipment and supplies.

·         You will ensure all R&D projects are implemented on time and within the budget.

·         You will be assessing research performance, making sure work meets research protocols, and coordinating team work. You will also be able to give recommendations based on these results.

·         You will be able to discover hidden patterns in data, combined with the collective experience of plant scientists and engineers to advance research on growth and production.
