Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance for pet supplement, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food products across local and international markets.
-Handle the preparation, compilation, and submission of product registration dossiers to regulatory authorities (e.g., DVS, NPRA, FSQD).
-Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, product development, marketing) to support regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
-Assist in preparing and reviewing product labels, packaging materials, testing report and promotional content to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
-Support new applications, renewals, and variations of licenses and certificates, as well as post-market surveillance activities.
-Participate in Good Veterinary Practice and Good Distribution Practice documentation, audits, and inspections.
-Plan and prepare regulatory-related social media contents.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation, records, and databases.
-Provide administrative and operational support for regulatory activities and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or exposure to regulatory affairs will be an added advantage.
-Familiarity with regulatory authorities (e.g., DVS, NPRA, FSQD) is an advantage but not mandatory.
-Strong attention to detail with good organizational, documentation skills and communication skills.
-Ability to interpret guidelines and ensure accuracy in submissions and records.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
-Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
-Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
