Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pet manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and other partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
  • collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to promote the brand and expend business contacts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Have experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pet industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of pet product market an customer base.
  • have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software.
  • Willing to travel and have own transportation.
