HR Officer


  • Keep abreast with updates / changes / dealing to the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO Act, EPF Act, Minimum Wage Orders, Labour Office, JKKP & etc to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR activities including staff recruitment, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations and other HR related support services.
  • Coordinate with the respective HOD to review Job Description and Training Plan from time to time.
  • Conduct new employee induction, welcome kits preparation.
  • Responsible in all matters related to foreign workers such as work permit, passport renewal, hostel arrangement and etc.
  • Collaborate with the respective HOD in improving foreign workers’ disciplinary issues and working environment, hence increase their motivation at work.
  • Coordinate and handle the HR-related issues either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with labour law.
  • Oversee and monitor the administrative and general affairs relating to workplace, including safety and health, security, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments and duties as and when requested by the Management.
