Job scope:
1. To perform general office administrative such as filing, copying, scanning and etc.
2. Undertake the Sales Order cycle, such as preparing and processing sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing by using SQL Accounting System.
3. Liaise and follow-up with suppliers on delivery enquiries, order status and other matters.
4. Prepare and update delivery status for submission to customers based on order confirmation from suppliers.
5. Ensure prompt delivery of goods.
6. Ensure customers are provided with the necessary documents such as delivery order upon delivery of goods.
7. To perform ad-hoc duties tasks assigned by the Company as and when required.

Requirement:

1. Able to work immediately
2. Basic computer, word, excel and SQL Accounting system
3. Able to communicate in Malay and English
4. Able to work in team
5. Responsible and manage multiple tasks
6. Entry level < 1 year / 1 – 2 years experience
