Online & Offline Marketing

• Able to write in Chinese, English and Bahasa
• Manage and plan business strategies for all marketing platforms, including online and offline.
• Create and develop online marketing, including company website, eCommerce, email, and WhatsApp marketing
• Collaborate with sales & marketing, advertising & promotion, and product development team members for marketing ideas, campaigns, and trainings
• Create editorial and content creation calendars for social media, eCommerce, outlets, where relevant
• Conducting market research and identify marketing trends to determine a target audience’s needs, habits, interests, and other relevant factors to draw sales
• Conduct research and evaluate new opportunities for the business and customers
• Maintain marketing database and analyze marketing results and reports
• Attend to customer inquiries and manage sales
