a) Attend customer inquiries, orders and complaints proactively and professionally via the phone call/WhatsApp/or email.

b) To arrange and plan preventive maintenance schedule for Engineers.

c) To provide assistance in promoting Service Preventive Maintenance Contract to customers.

d) To provide administration support as follow: –

Prepare service quotation/ contract/agreement/ invoice/ delivery order/ job sheet/purchase order, follow up with customer for the PO on the quotation of services and spare parts

· Arrange parts for Filed Service Engineers

· Prepare warranty claims and liaise with suppliers for warranty claim on spare parts

· File and maintain up to date records and service reports submission

e) Assist on travel arrangement e.g hotel accommodation and flight for Engineers’ outstation trips

f) Monitor pending service jobs and take charge of service billing.

g) Control and manage transfer of parts to Service department for repair works

h) Coordination with Service and Sales on installation and on-site delivery.

i) To liaise with our Principals in an efficient and professional manner to ensure that customers get the support required

j) To provide assistance to the Customer Service Support activities as and when needed.

k) To maintain high level of professionalism and patience in all your relations with our customers. To represent the company in a faithful manner and to present the company at all times in the best possible light to our customers, and Principals

l) To maintain a positive work relationship with other employees within the company and related companies.
